State law (Section 160.522) requires the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to publish an annual "report card" about each school district, each school building, and each charter school. The reports provided include all of the data required by state law, plus information required by federal law.
All of the information provided is compiled from data reported to the Department by local school districts.
The Annual Report for the Grain Valley R-V School District is compiled as a source of information about the district for its patrons. It is a way the district shows accountability to taxpayers who support it so generously and for the district to communicate with its citizenry. The annual report is written to provide a clear picture of district goals, programs, and achievements. Please feel free to offer input and comments about the annual report.
